#CourtBeatsCouch Challenge.

Terms

The detail.

1. 1.

   Promoter. Swingooo (swingooo.com.au). Questions: support@swingooo.com.au.

2. 2.

Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over, or under 18 with a parent or guardian’s permission. We’ll ask the parent or guardian to confirm by email before we send a prize. Swingooo team members and their immediate families can’t win.

3. 3.

How to enter. Post a video of a pickleball court moment (a rally, or any creative court clip) as a public post on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. Tag @swingooo and include #CourtBeatsCouch. Stories and posts from private accounts can’t be judged, because we can’t see them in time. You must have made the clip, or have permission from whoever did. Enter as often as you like.

4. 4.

Entry periods. Eight weekly rounds, each from 12:00am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday AEDT, starting Mon 26 Oct 2026. The last round runs from 12:00am Mon 14 Dec to 11:59pm Fri 18 Dec 2026. An entry counts in the round it was posted in, going by the platform’s timestamp. Entries posted after 11:59pm AEDT Fri 18 Dec aren’t judged.

5. 5.

Judging. This is a competition of skill, not chance. The Swingooo team judges every eligible entry in a round on creativity, originality, fun, and how well it captures “the court beats the couch”. Pickleball skill isn’t judged. The team’s decision is final. If a round has no eligible entries, no prize is awarded for it.

6. 6.

Prize. One winner per round receives one S1 Play paddle (retail value $99.99), colour subject to stock, delivered free to an Australian address. No cash alternative.

7. 7.

One win per person. Each person can win once across the whole challenge. If a past winner’s entry is the best in a later round, the prize goes to the next-best entry.

8. 8.

How winners are contacted. Winners are announced on @swingooo by 5pm AEDT on the Tuesday after each round closes (the final round’s winner on Tue 22 Dec 2026), and contacted by direct message from @swingooo on the platform they entered on. We only ever message from @swingooo, and we will never ask for payment, passwords or bank details.

9. 9.

Claiming. Reply to our message within 7 days with your name and an Australian delivery address. We’ll post the prize within 10 business days of getting your details (allow extra time over Christmas and New Year).

10. 10.

Unclaimed prizes. If a winner doesn’t reply within 7 days, or isn’t eligible, that round’s prize goes to the next-best entry from the same round, who then has 7 days to claim. If that prize isn’t claimed either, it isn’t awarded.

11. 11.

Using your clip. You keep ownership of your clip. By entering, you agree that Swingooo can repost and share it on our social channels and website, always with credit to your handle. Everyone who appears in it must have agreed to be filmed and shared (for anyone under 18, their parent or guardian).

12. 12.

Play and film safely. Follow the venue’s rules, don’t hold up other people’s games, and only film people who agree to it.

13. 13.

No purchase necessary. Buying from Swingooo doesn’t change your chances.

14. 14.

Platforms. This challenge isn’t sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. By entering, you release them from any responsibility for it.

15. 15.

Your details. We use winners’ details only to send the prize, under our privacy policy (swingooo.com.au/privacy).

16. 16.

Changes. If something outside our control stops the challenge running fairly, we may change or end it, and we’ll post any change on @swingooo.
