- —Unopened ball sets.
- —Unused accessories with tags intact.

- —Used paddles or paddles with marks on the playing surface.
- —Opened ball sets.
- —Custom or sale items marked final sale.
If it’s faulty
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 daysof delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost — return shipping included.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
