  • Opened ball sets.

If it’s faulty

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 daysof delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost — return shipping included.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

30-day return window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email returns@swingooo.com.au. If your return is accepted we’ll provide instructions and, for Australian customers, a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Australia: we provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International (NZ, SG, UK, US, CA): customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Return shipping times may vary by location.

Customs, duties & taxes on returns

For international returns: any customs duties, import taxes, or fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. You may incur additional customs charges when returning items internationally. Check with your local customs office about potential return charges before shipping.

Damages & issues

Inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@swingooo.com.au with photos so we can assess and make it right. For defective or damaged items we cover return shipping for all customers, including international orders.

Exchanges

Australia:contact us to arrange an exchange. We’ll provide instructions and a return label.

International: first request a return. Once approved and the returned item is received, place a new order separately for the replacement. International shipping costs apply to the new order.

EU 14-day cooling-off

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we’ll notify you of the approval status within 2–3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International refunds: issued in the original currency of purchase (AUD, NZD, SGD, GBP, USD, or CAD). Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in a slightly different amount than originally charged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or damaged items). Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notification, contact returns@swingooo.com.au.
