The detail
Where we ship
Australia-wide only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend ship the next business day.
Christmas delivery
To arrive before Christmas, order standard delivery by 12pm AEDT Fri 18 Dec (NT: 12pm AEDT Wed 16 Dec), or express by 12pm AEDT Tue 22 Dec.
These dates are based on Australia Post’s Christmas cut-offs, so we can’t guarantee them. Remote addresses can take longer.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on the way. If you don’t see it within two business days, check your spam folder or get in touch.
