They pick the gear
They enter the code in their cart. It comes off before they pay, and what's left stays on the card.
The fine print
How long does it last?
3 years from the day it's bought, or from the delivery date if you schedule it. The use-by date is printed on the card, and there are no fees of any kind, so the value never shrinks.
What can it pay for?
Anything in the shop. It covers the items; delivery is charged as usual and is free on orders over $110. It works during a sale too: the sale comes off first, then the card.
Does it have to be spent at once?
No. Each order takes what it needs and the rest stays on the same code until it's used up.
Can it be used with a discount code?
One gift card per order, and it can't be combined with a typed discount or mate code. Sale prices still apply automatically.
What if the code is lost or went to the wrong email?
Reply to the receipt or the gift card email. We'll cancel the old code and send a new one with the same balance and use-by date, free.
Can I get a refund?
An unused card can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Everything bought with a card has the same returns and guarantees as any order.
Anything else?
Treat the code like cash: anyone who has it can spend it. Cards can't be swapped for cash or used to buy another gift card. We deliver within Australia only, so it's for orders shipped here.
Check a balance
Enter the 16-character code from the gift card email.
