Good, bad or in between.

We publish every genuine review from a customer, good or bad, as written, with the reviewer's first name and state. We never hold back or edit a review because it's negative.

We only leave a review out if it: (1) includes someone else's personal details; (2) contains abuse, threats, hate speech or sexual content; (3) contains something unlawful or defamatory; (4) isn't about our products; or (5) comes from someone who hasn't bought from us, or from our staff, family or friends.

We don't edit reviews: if one falls under (1) or (2), we ask the reviewer to resend it without that part, and if they don't, we leave it out and keep a note of why. Reviews marked "private" by the reviewer stay private. Every star average we show includes all published reviews and says how many there are.

Nobody is paid or rewarded for a review, and we ask everyone who buys from us, not just the people we think liked it.

“Verified purchase” means the review is matched to a real order: it came through the link in the email we send after an order, or we found the reviewer’s order. Reviews we can’t match to an order don’t carry it.
